Willa (Bridges) Egan, 95, of West Long Branch, passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 28th.

Born to Henry & Lillian (Barton) Bridges at Hazard Hospital in Long Branch.

Her mother passed away Oct 5, 1929. She was raised by her great-grandmother, Ella Lieberman, in Yonkers, NY. She married Thomas W. Egan (of West Long Branch) in 1946. They raised 4 sons, Thomas, Donald, Robert and David. She is predeceased by Thomas, Donald, Robert, and David. She had 5 granddaughters, Danielle, Cassidy, Sharon, Jacqui, and Allison; as well as 5 great-grandchildren.

Willa is now looking forward to being with her mother in heaven. She spent many happy years with her partner, Raymond Sprague, until his death in 1999.

A special thank you to "Babe" Danielle, who was always there for her, in addition to being her caretaker.

A graveside service will be offered on Wednesday, February 5 ^th at 11:00 AM at Woodbine Cemetery. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to the Woolley-Boglioli Funeral Home, 10 Morrell Street, Long Branch, NJ 07740.
