Madeline (Geczi) Marziotta, age 78, of Holmdel, NJ, passed away on September 3, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born on November 24, 1946, in Perth Amboy, NJ, she was the beloved daughter of Eleanor and Joseph Geczi. Throughout her life she was known for her kindness, devotion to family and generosity. She loved singing, playing piano, collecting Madame Alexander dolls, traveling with her husband Richie and gourmet cooking. Holidays and get-togethers were filled with love, laughter, music and good food.

Maddy worked for many years at Morgan Stanley in NYC as an office manager. After retirement, she became a Big Apple Greeter. She also stayed active with the Woodbridge Garden Club and attended many Carteret High School reunions. Maddy shared her love and knowledge of the city with her nieces and great nephew, creating many wonderful memories.

Maddy is survived by her loving husband, Richard, sister-in-law, Karen, nieces Kelly and Annie, great nephews Tanner and Maximus and great niece Eleanor. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eleanor and Joseph, and brother, Ronald.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 20 th , 2026 from 3:00-5:00pm at Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 S. Holmdel Road, Holmdel, NJ 07733.
