Elizabeth M. Budinski, 45 of Oceanport died Sunday at her home. She was born in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey and lived her life in Oceanport. Elizabeth was co-owner & operator of Blondies Hair Design, Long Branch for many years. Her father, Philip Budinski, died Dec. 8, 1991. Surviving is her mother, Karine Budinski of Wilburton, Pa.. Funeral services are being held privately. There will be a Memorial Gathering at a later date for her friends and family.
