Elaine K. Romanzi, 81 of Freehold died at Sunrise Assisted Living, Marlboro on Sunday July 21 ^st .

She was born and had lived in Brooklyn, until moving to New Jersey in 1992, settling in Freehold. Elaine loved to spend her summers on the beach in Spring Lake. She enjoyed caring for her flower gardens. Not one to sit still, she always enjoyed going out with family and friends.

Elaine was pre-deceased by her sister, Connie Lombardi.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Ignatius Romanzi; her daughter, Elena Rizzuti and her husband Philip, Colts Neck her son, Alexander Romanzi and his wife Jackie; five grandchildren, Nicole, Brielle, Mario, Alex and Sydney; three great-grandchildren, Leo, Sienna and Gio.

Visitation Wednesday, July 24 ^th , 2 pm until the time of her funeral service at 4:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Elaine's memory to Alzheimer's Association; www.alz.org .
